But it's also Mike Haggar. Notice how when that Hokuto guy (or whatever his name was lol) first sees him he says he looks like a pro wrestler?
You sure? Theres a picture of Freddie with that same physique and clothing. Which is what the creator used to model freddie. Although he does resemble Haggar, although so did Mercury.
