You showed the "Hate USA" graffiti but you didn't touch on the reason why it was painted out there, maybe it was there because of the history of US support for dictators in Pakistan, maybe it was because of US abandonment of Pakistan after 1960 and 1970s, and then again after 1989 (end of USSR invasion that Pakistan fought), or maybe it was because Pakistanis don't like it when American drones kill innocent Pakistanis.

Well Todd joined us when we are in Ghari Dupata. . He is a very simple guy. He sat on the floor with out any problem and organized our pharmacy. After his arrival, it was so simple to find all the medications that we needed to treat the earth quake victims. This gentleman is extra ordinary with great capabilities. Todd stayed behind with ambition to help. I am sure most of my colleagues are still supporting him and we always will. Great job Todd and keep up the good work.
