2) yes, wifi with friends doesn't change their skill level, but since its pretty much impossible to have a frame perfect wifi match, people who are use to normal offline brawl know how to control their character. Going into wifi with the lag alter's their gameplay even if they are doing the correct inputs that would normally work offline.

Some people leave their bikes near the edge (not recommended if you are using wario, cuz it is a form of recovery). When a person is recovering from the side where the bike is, you time, and toss the bike onto them. The bike hits them a few times, but it works often
