  • im on xbox and every time i buy a player this happens. On buying one player i lost 36k and the player and havnt got the money or the player back and its been about a week. Then i tried it on a low cost player and it happens again. I have lost a lot of money because of this and its really annoying me.   • yeah that is what i want to know, evry single time i win a match it will say sorry an error has occured u will be sent back to the main menu, and i gain no coins and it goes down as a loss even though i won? i know it has something to do with virgin media

  • Do the steps for the clock first, Then the steps for the cache. I fixed mine today by doing this,

  • To clear the cache

    1. On your Xbox 360 console, go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings.

    2. Select Memory, Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

    Important: Do not press the A button.

    Note It doesn't matter which storage device you select, the cache is cleared for all storage devices.

    3. Select Clear System Cache.

    once its done than check your game.

    4. In the Clock Settings area, change the following settings:

    Date and Time: Use your controller or remote control to set the date and time. Set the date to 11/15/2005 (15/11/2005 for the UK).

  • @cocodclown1 yeah i know what you mean mate. no i came accross this in a forum. you will need your old virgin media router though as it is the router in the super hub that blocking it. i dont need your psn id or password just your e mail address no e mail password and will send you the file in an attachment

  • hey guys, this has literally just happened to me, i looked all over the internet and found a way to fix it. you have to many players in your watch list. You either have to get rid of them or sell them. It works, i garentee it <3

  • This happened to me twice and the way to fix it is by logging in on too the ultimate team website and create a new squad on your ultimate team, (this does not delete or replace anything you currently have on ultimate team) i read this tip online and it works for me.

  • I had this and fixed it. you have to go on the web app I know its frustrating cause you cant get on but when you finally do make a new squad and put players in it try to fill the squad to be on the safe side and than go back onto your console and go on ultimate team and it will work

  • I had the same problem.

    You just have to delete your game save files.

    1. Press the PS button on the controller to enter the PLAYSTATION 3 XBM (XrossMediaBar).

    2. Select the Game tab.

    3. Select the Save Data Utility and press the X button.

    4. Delete all the files related to the game.

    Note:  deleting your game save file would reset your offline game progress and you would need to play the game from start

  • When i log in to UT on my xbox console it kicks me back out within 5 seconds and i get this erro message:

  • Guys i know how to make it work, if it disconnects you when you try to change your squad like mine, all you have to do is go on to UT on ur console, go to squad selector, create a new squad and then put all your players in that new squad and it works!! xD

  • i got it call origin support and they give you certain ports that need to be opened. to open them you need to call your internet service provider. After a day it should work.
