@Slatrelle Like I said before, you can't just go in and hunt Obama in a foreign country, specially without letting them know; their were risks involved. The political power for example comes in when you think of how not telling the ISI about the mission could of blown up in their face. Obama was willing to back the military up on this mission which was a big and important commitment. Also, with the president's help they were able skip most of the internal hassles.
