Scotty is an independent. Spending more on millitary is what this country needs.
Look at history for example, countries that were not at war with anyone soon broke appart and colapsed. Conflict of any kind (arguments and sadly, war) are the only goals that can unite nations, other goals are weak compared to goals linked to conflict.
