@AmericanPowerBase Dude above me said Cali. That's why I asked. There are plenty of places in Cali with fresh air. Actually the city where I'm from Salinas, CA was rated one of the top 10 cities with the cleanest air in America. The more well known bigger cities like the L.A Hollywood air are heavy polluted. Just like Chicago is very polluted and is actually one of the dirtiest cities in America. Dirtier than L.A in general

For swallow cliffs what a tend to do is walk up the first flight then run to that parking lot which is about 1/2 mile there and back then run down. Do 5 flights run. 6flights run then 2 cool down flights.
