Like if yhu geta magnifing glass, yhu'll see the hair but not otherwise. sometimes if the hair isn completely covered then i redo it the next day but that only happens like .. rarely . I personally prefer bleach over waxing/epilators/hair removal creams, just because it's easy, not painful, quick and easy to manage. It just lightens the hair you have so that it is harder to notice. I would suggest using bleach on your face, arms and stomach/back area rather than waxing.

After bleaching, couple month’s blond hairs are turned dark again. Is there a way for permanent bleach? I also bleach the dark black eye brown for 3 minutes it turns dark brown, the longer times you leave and lighter color appears but certain point it will turn red, not blond like facial hairs.

@hppp161 Actually, the hairs don't become dark again, they fall out and new dark hairs grow. Because of this, there's no way to permanently bleach facial hair.

Dying your hair shouldn't hurt. If it does, then you might want to figure out why. Becaue dying your hair should not hurt. And bleaching probably it might like tingle. Or stink a little I would think because you're removing hair. It shouldn't hurt that bad though if it does at all. And this looks really easy. Do they do this at spas too?
