@Cheeryois According to the inFAMOUS wiki, there are at least 2 drops that are different depending on the saved data you import from the first inFAMOUS game. One of the drops even includes a "neutral" recording in the case you didn't import saved data.
You have any hints on finding the last two, like the locations you found them?
