I was just thinking the same, she's very not subtle in 'acting' her emotions. The angry look, one eyebrow raised, the hands on the hips, ... very stereotypish angry ... For example :)
Yeah at the best, she can just about hold a scene.
For me, I think one of her best acting in Charmed is from Paige from the Past. She was really passionate about the whole episode maybe because Rose herself left her parents at the age of 15.
But apart from that, she's noticeably not as 'normal' as Alyssa or Holly....she's got this silly sitcom act going on most of the time.....
