honestly i was worried about that when i first got mine! XD noo honestly its fine, my man of the time said he didnt notice them at all...i mean it took a bit of getting used to for me because my braces would rub a bit but just make sure the sharp bits have wax on before you go to your girlfriends and you'll be fine ;) x

how much was it to get braces? I guess that it was covered (partly?) by insurance.. but how much in general?

I wonder this cause I'm gonna get mine soon.. & my insurance is gonna cover only 50 % :(

gosh, lolz i got mi braces off,so they gave me my retainers also i havnt been wearin them, so..

im only going to hav braces only on the bottoms, and retainers ontop, well i dont mind cuz its only going to be 4months for me wearin my braces den on to the retainers =]

is it common to pick some teeth out before wearing the brace out there? I did it in china.low quality,really. did the dentist use a razor to clean the glue off??

i think its common...i didnt have any teeth removed because i had gaps inbetween my teeth.

no razor...i had a huge sander-type thing....it kinda sanded the glue off! not very pleasant...but i'd imagine a razor would be a lot more discomforting...... =S
