well that is a pretty young Red Tail maybe it's not smart enough yet or just wont eat until u walk away.

excellent video I didn't know red-tailed hawk is able to catch pigeons. I have seen many hawks siting next to pigeons but probably this hawk is specialist in pigeons.

it was prob waiting for me to leave so it could eat in peace. the hawk never really took its eyes off me for very long. I was about 40 feet away
