Two questions: is there any way to get one of these without using a loot card? And if you have to use a loot card, is there any way to increase your chances of getting a pack with a code for one of these in it? Overall what's the fastest easiest (and cheapest!) way to get one. LOL

i'm from England big deal they sell them world wide, look at any other TCG they sell here (E.G. Yu GiOh, Pokemon, Magic) just look for them or buy them online it's not hard to do it
