By far one of the ECCW's best grapplers during the late 1990s. Not to mention one of the most underrated veterans of the wrestling ring throughout the entire wrestling business. We lost one hell of a good fighter. Thanks for the memorable matches Doby! You will be missed!

Dobie was one of my favourite guys to work with during the glory days of ECCW. He was strong enough that he could have been a bully to most of the crew, but I never heard a bad word said about the guy. Outside of the ring, he was a one of the nicest guys I've ever met who helped me out on more than one occasion. I was deeply saddened to hear that he had died and I'll remember him well.
