IF you'd pay attention. The third cop was on the other side of the vehicle. He couldn't see the other cop kick him, or HIT him when he's on the ground because he was bent over. The third cop walked over when the guy hit the ground. He didn't stop it because nothing else happened after the guy hit the ground.

I don't want to use sarcasm here or try to be funny, I just want to make the point that officers that allow this are condoning it. Second, I am epileptic and have been helped by EMTs a number of times. I have found these EMTs to be some of the kindest, most humane people alive. I understand that we are sliding backwards. But this is the time and space where corrupt cops get what's coming for them. Law Enforcement Agencies cannot afford to not do anything. The area I live in, a lot of the people seem to have distastes about us. Especially in the high-crime town (Station 5). We always get into altercations in that area. The rest of the county people love us, walk up to us in restaurants and offer to buy us drinks. It feels good to have somebody compliment you in public.
