The ghettos becomes rundown due to what the inhabitants do do it. They burn and riot, destroy emergency vehicles, rob, kill, rape at record levels etc. They are prioritized by the government, they get welfare and all service they need while service for the natives are cut back every year due to cost cuts. It can be hard no doubt. My parents both had full time jobs but they were still able to raise four children. It took a lot of daycae and help fom family. I help my wife take care of her son from a previous relationship. Its difficult sometimes but it takes individual acts in the beginning. Most EU countries are in the same boat and even the dutch are tired of it. Now if they only do in national elections what they didi in the EU elections. The UN is another story, they are largely ineffectual: Rwanda, Bosnia, Darfur, Burma, etc. It's a spineless org. Besides Sweden is your country, not the UN's.
