@gaz236581 i think because he will be able to use a perk called "black widow" which causes more damage to male characters, if he chose a male character, he would have another perk that causes more damage to FEMALE characters, and having more male characters in general, the black widow perk will be more useful.

i would like to note that, even though he didnt mention this, often times wolfgang will randomly be killed in the wasteland, either purposely by the player, accidentally by the player, or through a random encounter with an enemy, annd he could be anywhere when this happens. just realize that although buying things from wolfgang is good, and reliable, his personal health may not be.

you don´t need to pay to get inside tenpenny tower. if you have good language skills you can tell the guy at the door that you want to do business with tenpenny or sumthin!

Yes but you have to get the warmonger perk at lvl 26 i believe. This takes away the need to have schematics for all custom wepons in the game. :)

you can bypass the scarceness of limited nuka cola quantums by getting the quantum chemist perk at level 22 with the broken steel add on :D

No it's capped at three, there are four sets because is is possible to permanently lose two different sets. It is unlikely you will screw up both though.

That's because you're stealing, the code for the quest is flawed. You have to take things from the safe without being seen.
