would that nail be what catches on the sear? and would you run it inline to a QEV? also, if i wanted to make a QEV block do you think i could cast it out of epoxy then use a drill press to make the correct holes for the tee mag and piston. would it hold pressure?
The sear could capture the bolt, but I had planed to have it catching the hammer directly. It was Intnded to be used to pilot a small QEV but I did not test it as it cycled too fast. A tee mag can be made out of whatever you can work with, epoxy would be ideal.

Yep it would make a good pilot valve for a BBMG 1500RPM :-)
