*shudder* I hate this part of the game. It's my absolutely least favorite part. Sure, the music is awesome, but it's just so terrifying! So I'll play the game up to this point, then skip ahead to the end of the elevator ride and finish playing from there. I just can't stand this stupid elevator! D:

@madnezzcombat was there an ending credits theme? I can't remember, but I think they used another track from earlier... In hl2 they used the old credits theme and "dark energy", first played at the car+antlions+beach+magnet-lift­-place. Listen to it again and see if u can find it in earlier half life games ( hl1 or hl2, probably hl2)

@RedBigButton Hl2ep1 had a diffrent ending theme than hl2. I am prettty sure that the song wasn't used any time earlier. I have played throught the whole half life series and didn't hear it earlier than ep1.

hl1 was the first masterpiece, and i loves it

hl2 is just split into episodes because valve wanted to know what fans really like, and to make the next part better
