I find this video to be helpful in giving brief explanation and for myself to understand on how experimental methods in research are conducted. I do agree that there shud be more reseach done to look at whether social networking does have positive impact on student's grades. Anyway, it's a good academic video
@artjunkie123 You're missing the point here. Yes, we all "knew" that interacting with students via social media and other platforms that "meet them where they are" would increase their engagement and probably their grades as well. However, there was little or no EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE. This study PROVES what we all surmised to be true.
