  • Great Gig in the Sky? ;)

  • You cant judge lyrics. Everybody has different opinions on lyrics. I think the song flesh into gear by cky has some of the best lyrics I have ever heard. Someone listen to it and lets see if they think the same.

  • Where´s metallica? Listen to fade to black, and tell me that it dosnt deserve a place!

  • awesome!!!

  • Thanks for the few shout-outs to the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

  • wow, I totally agree! the only song i don't like is "don't lie", but the others a really really good. there are some more songs like that, for example bon jovi & michael jackson

  • wind of change!

  • Thank you :-) But Bohemian Rhapsody by The Queen... honestly deserves first place; Thank you Freddy Mercury, there will NEVER be another singer like you!

  • #7 is an example of true music

  • awesome songs.....top choices!!!

  • Oh, nevermind you already wrote it.

  • Hey man, The Man Who Sold The World was actually by David Bowie...Nirvana just did a cover...which i must say Nirvana did a bit better...no offence to the Bowie fans lol.

  • yeah, that's been mentioned already

thing was, i discovered it was a bowie song just a few days after posting this

  • I know i saw...but great music man.

  • AWESOME!! :D

  • You have really good taste :) I like these songs very much, they are stories and thats not that common in lyriks these days...

    Thanks!

  • Great list!!! Nice song choices!!

  • You...Are...Stupid

    For a couple reasons..

First I know a bunch of these songs and so do my friends and I'm in Middle School...You don't have to be old to love these songs and Nirvana came out in the 90s and Evanescence in the 00s and RHCP are NOT from fifty years ago...more like born 50 years ago lol ,Black Eyed Peas are from the 90s AND 00's and WTF Eminem wasn't even alive 50 years ago...

PS THIS LIST IS GREAT :)

  • It's because of people like you that music now sucks, "Great" music stopped being made in the 90s because of the media and the MTV lifestyle that is ruining everything that used to be good about music. You're a f4cking loser, go play guitar hero and be a sad lonely person.

  • actually "great" music stopped being made in the 1900s

but you might not understand what i mean by that

and yeah guitar hero does suck

  • Damn good taste in music! I love all those song too! thanks for sharing!

  • The Beatles are beast. :)

  • We need more BEATLES' SONGS! :D

    However, really good work =)

  • why does eminem suck so bad all of sudden?

  • brilliant :)

  • i love this song

  • what one? lol.

  • great songs :]]

  • I like some of the songs. beatles, elton, who, nirvana. no offence man but some one needs to introduce you to bob dylan, jim morrison, beck, brad nowels, jimi hendrix, immortal technique, and other people. songs like hotel california do not need to be in this list. its just an example how over hype and over playing songs can make decent songs "classics"

honestly man, good songs i think you would dig bob dylan, bro. if youre into lyrics bob is the best of the best

  • bob dylan is the best of the best!!!!!!!!!!!!

and queen's songs have good lyrics too:)

  • Well said. Keep in mind however that this list is nearly a year old, and my taste in music has definitely grown since then. If I were to make this again today, it would be much different.

And you're right about Dylan. Back then I knew nothing of him, and he's now one of my favorites.

  • in hotel california... i think u should put the song where this lyrics come in... "u cn chck out anytime u wnt, bt ucnt nver leave" bcoz i luv that part..,.

  • nice job man, i think this is my anthym

  • Amazing songs!

  • awesome songs! =]

  • Such a cool idea!!

  • Definitely some great choices. Half of these are some of my favorite songs.

  • My immortal is like the soap opera of all songs... Only it's good :))

  • NIRVANA, YEAH!!!!!

    Great mix. Good variety too.

  • great, great work man i must admit that each song in this vid aregood+++long live the beatles, the who and led zep...!

  • very good choice in music. this is like all i listen to

  • #25 Your song... it really does have great lyrics

  • Good songs!

  • very good list i love all of these :)

  • great list, but i would put nothing else matters instead of dont lie, but thats my opinion

  • thats a good song too

  • I think "Where Is the Love?" from the Black Eyed Peas should be in there over "Don't Lie". Better song and lyrics too in my opinion. Unbelievable list though. Also, if Stan's on there, Lose Yourself should be too.

  • You and I really have the same taste of music:)

Very funny to see. And some of them, I had forgotten:P

  • You've got an awsome taste in music! Love your choices! :) Even the eminem and black eyed peas choice wasn't bad at all :D but maybe I would rearrange the order of them :D

  • the man who sold the world was written by david bowie not nirvana

  • already been mentioned

  • You have really great musictaste...I love most of these songs and a few of theme are my favorites :)

  • lovin the who u got greatest band to touch this planet

  • Like a rolling stone; On a plain; Have a cigar; Welcome to the jungle; Redemption Song; London´s calling , Strawberry Fields , Ten years gone ;People are Strange ; Castles made of sand ...

  • so so

  • dude u made seroius mistake...the man who sold the world isnt song of nirvana

  • I know. I found out only about a week ago it's a David Bowie song.

  • well u are closer, but its not even from bowie xDD...1 more step

  • No. I just researched it to double check, and it is a Bowie song.

  • nah..bowie was a kid when that song was made..trust me dude...search more

  • Well then who do you say wrote the song?

  • Uh, it IS David Bowie. Who do you think it is? If David Bowie was just a kid, then it was a song from the '40s or '50s.

  • really good list, it's obvious you like "The Who" rigth? Me too!..liked it very much. Good bye!

  • Great list. The only two i really hate are evanessance and that song you decided to put at no.1

  • wow! I never thought I'd meet someone who hated Bohemian Rhapsody. To each his own, I guess.

  • bohemian rhapsody is a classic and great song

  • If you are talking about lyrical, then you have a long way to go!

The list is full of great songs, but when it comes to lyrics, there are many better. Imagine is great, and so is Boheman Rhapsody when it comes to lyrics. And you have some of the best in your list.

  • I never said these were the best lyrics, just some of my personal favorites.

  • 9 out of the top 10 are british

i am proud to be brtish!

  • Good List

  • bohemian rhapsody is best love it

  • good list on this one. for sure.

  • yea i agree with unouluvme912

  • nice - some of my favorites were here and i heard some songs i liked that i didn't know about before. so, thanks!

  • no problem

  • GREAT. thats all i can say.

  • Great list!

  • you've got the taste, dude.... i always have loved your lists...
