Absolutely fantastic sound. It sounds almost exactly like a cross between an old BRM V16 F1 car and a Ferrari F355. At least that is how i'd describe it best. I've listened to all 4 BMW M engines fitted with the eisenmann exhaust and this is certainly better than the E46 M3. Not sure if it's better than the M5s though!

You buddy has the S54 Inline 6 from the E46 M3 (2001-2006 generation) This is the newest M3 with the S65 4.0L V8. There's no way an inline 6 will ever sound like this.
