  • hahahahaha that must have been when he first got here hahahaha. fuck man. gotta get some new guys with it.

  • @vatthausen who? Echoban? :D I think it was 5 or 6 months after he arrived, but I'm not positive.. is he still there? hah.

  • there is also the task of sending him for 10 ft. of flight line or looking for some fallopean tubing, we had a guy stand behind the engine a catch the comp wash water with a 10 gallon bucket. Didnt work out so well for him that day

  • AFSOC more than likely. That's a specops Herc

  • Some locations are not exactly the most conducive places to wear a US Military uniform..

  • And the gigantic military aircraft isn't going to give it away? usafvmi08's idea is much more likely...

  • We just got 9 new technicians and we're fully busy with jokes also. Like getting a bucket of steam to clean the windows, or reporting to the first officer how many inches of safety wire was needed on every day of the week...

I will remember this one with the echo test, and on monday i think i'll have some fun ;-)

  • I can't wait to get back and have new people to do this stuff to. Being enroute has its drawbacks.

  • tell a new guy to get the PE-Psi from support ,or pull up screen ID10t on cams haha

  • we totally got a guy with that last week... he's still butt hurt about it. also had him freaking out because he lost the 'keys to the plane' haha

  • Whats fun in motor pool, not myself a friend of mine who is,have one of the newbies go for a can of compression or a TR-Double-E.

  • My fave was sending out the squadron newb to supply for a box of ST-Ones.

  • Pranking the new guys never gets old.

Sending people to get a Dikfer tool or Chem Light Batteries are my fav ;)

  • HAHAHA!! I love it. I was the ndi guy who would do the serviceability check on the boots. If I was having a bad day I would attach 1577s and make them walk back to their shop barefoot. I got one of our new airmen with the echo check except I had them do it when the aircraft was in ISO dock. I felt kinda bad about that because she was really embarrassed.

  • Damn, those prop blades are looking real dirty. Ya gotta get those new guys out there with a big bucket of "prop wash" to clean them. If they can't find the bucket have them ask around the shop.

  • haha i was warned about the infamous echo check in tech school, but i was not told about getting steel toes NDIed, i walked all the way down the shop with red tags strapped to my feet haha

  • This is the #1 A+ way to inspect inlets.

  • I'm doing that on the P3 To some new private next week... can't wait...lol

    Skinnadoor

    Canadian Forces.

  • Thata f'n hilarious. . .havent seen that yet, but ive heard about it

  • Lmao, what a douche.. hope I don't fall for the same thing sometime X.x

  • LONG TIME since I seen that trick pulled. Reminds me of the time we pulled it on a jeep on our Buff. Had him running from #8 engine intake to exhaust to catch that echo. My crew chief and I were laughing our sixes off in the recovery trailer watching. Great video.

  • I was there when he did this and me and my friend had to stand on the other side of the external because we couldn't stop laughing.

  • stupid NUB hahahahaa

  • we got a new engine guy that just got here to ramstein and a gacs guy out of tech school coming in december. i'll definetly try this or have them spin blades for a torqe ops check.
