  • u hit the dent wotj dry ice for a bit then u hit it with a heat gun. the hot to cold will pop it out. this does not work everytime tho. big dentsor creases will need more work...

  • how did you pop the dents?

  • how come this is can be done?

  • sorry but i dont beleive u could have done half those dents

  • maybe tell us how you did the repairs...

  • where are you based??

  • Must be nice to work with dents :) you can really see the difference once your job is done ;) It's like magic.

  • How the hell do we know you didn't kick these cars "AFTER!" you took a picture of them....duh!!!!

  • @nightrain766

Why would you cause that much damage for the point of a YouTube video? Duh!!!!

  • @Homzy09 I wouldn't, but some attention getters here in cyber space would to make themselves feel competent........DDDDDDDDUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

  • @nightrain766

Or maybe, just maybe, paintless dent removal does work. But if you insist it's fake; why wouldn't the person use photoshop instead of causing thousands of pounds worth of damage for the point of one video. Wooow.... i wish i could throw away money willy nilly.

  • Excellent workmanship!

For those who seek evidence of how paintless dent removal is achieved, De UTuub is full of examples.

  • complete bullshit

  • 1:08... paintless??

  • SAVE FERRIS!

  • this video socks because doesn't show how he or she fixed the dent.

  • how to make a video like this: (1) shoot footage of random spot on car. (2) kick said spot on car. (3) reshoot footage.

kidding... I know this stuff works and look forward to trying it at home with some simple kits! Sorry professionals -- I'm too broke and cheap, plus it looks like fun!

  • this video kinda sucks cause if it was real it would show the process of removing the dent

  • you can pop dents out with your hands. place a hand one inch above and under the dent and apply pressure

  • NO SERA QUE LA PRIMERA IMAGEN DEL AUTO ES EL DESPUES Y LA PROXIMA EL ANTES? XDDDDDDD

  • Why bother wasting good bandwidth for this totally useless video...who are you kidding!!!!

  • Ferris Bueler's Day Off! LMAO. Love it.

  • maybe the before pics are actually the after pics, like after he beat the heck outta the pannel, i hope this is real tho cause thats some seriously high level PDR

  • Tried this today...its about 20 degrees outside. Used the blow dryer for about 2 to 3 minutes and then hit it with a can of compressed air....NOTHING. Nothing happened. Before I just call it fake, could the weather have something to do with the success? Should I wait until spring or summer?

  • best way to remove dents before they even happen...learn to park

  • @DrGamble28 right...because the asian lady parked next to you have learned how to park too...

  • @SeeWhatDuncanSees Nope...don't park in tight parking spots...park towards the back and get your fatass walking a bit more.

  • @DrGamble28 yes because then ther is no way you car will get hit ever..or get hail damage. You keep dreaming that dream.

  • i love this music from ferris buellers day off when they visit the museum LOL

  • @alexc3589 It sounds like a rip off of The Smiths...just forgotten which song.

  • B.S...............

  • i like the video, but please, tell me how you doo that ? some jerks hit my probe...

  • wow 3:14 is not real

  • how u doing it ?

  • I have owned and operated my own PDR business for nearly 14 years now. I can assure all of the guys who say these repairs are fake that they obviously do not understand the skill of a good PDR tech. I fix dents like these all of the time, very fine work indeed!

  • PDR is an art, the guys who've been doing this will tell you right off the bat if they can do it or not. That's why it's called "dent" removal, not "smash" removal. Idiots who can't distinguish should just stop arguing.

  • bei dem audi tt ist der lack schon beschädigt nach der Reparatur nicht mehr ??????????????????? aber gut lackiert

  • Comment removed

  • I wonder how well you could fix bodywork of a car that just got t-boned. Its just happened in my street, the damage would keep you amused for days.

  • Funny Short about dent repair here!

    Search for:

    Atlas Films: OFFICER DOWN

  • Esa cancion es de los Smiths. No habia escuchado esa version, esta genial.

  • A1 service! After my car was mistakenly crushed in a junkyard they got all the dents out. Toot sweet! Now my 2003 Beetle looks just like a 1967 Beetle..... Uh.....

And the made good songs too!

  • jajajajaja this video is shit all the cars were fixed in a body shop, you can notice the pictures and the damage have ships and scraches.... and after they fix the dent the scraches are gone too..... they paint and replaced the parts..... is weird

  • Comment removed

  • what do you recommend for small dents? for example, like when parked cars next to you opened their door and dented my car, its a very small but irritating dent, have two to my collection now, feels like pouring zippo fluid and burning it up. you think that might work ?

  • what do you do if the metal stretches ,when dented

  • @spinlessbastard1 blend the excess steel into the rest of the repaired body panel.

  • @chaffordred dont talk shit ,blend it in ,what the fuck is that supose to mean

  • Comment removed

  • @spinlessbastard1 you should hot shrink it

  • ummm most just replace the fender or door or bumper

  • Comment removed

  • u should ddo a tutorial how u remove the dents

  • motherfucker didn't show he did it!!!!!!

  • most photos are different angles - most photos are completely new body parts - clearly - some photos the shape of the body even changes - clearly ... 1:09 - 1:10 is just one example of a different front wing and possibly different car

  • awwww SHIT.

this video got me all teary eyed with the music.

my car just got raped by hail. im looking forwards to hopefully results as good as these.

  • 0:59 such a good job, those are the hardest dents to get right

  • SORRY IM CALLING BULLSH** ON THIS. FAKE. BEEN DOING BODYWORK FOR MANY YEARS AND KNOW MY S**T. THIS IS FAKE AS HELL. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME FOR ALL OF US.

  • @kidracer117

hmm... then you must suck at bodywork... How the shit is this fake? I've seen dents like these removed many times.

  • @kidracer117 Then your stuck in a bodyshop..i was for 10 years after doing my own paintless dent removal. I now set my own hours No dust, No boss. no shitty coffee trucks. and i make more in 3 hours of work then most "bodyman" do in a whole day.. So call it bullshit ....more eazy cash for me

  • Steer clear of car parking lots; there are some nasty b@stards out there!

  • can you tell me how to do it on my car

  • so let me recap. if i stare at my car while listening to uplifting music my dents will magically disappear.

  • Take a good car, photograph it, take that same car and same spot hit it with a hammer, change the order of the images. Yay I had a dent and I repaired it >.>

  • fotoshop noob

  • i do body work to and i know u need bondo where the fender was bent like kinked

  • 2:17 SO FAKE!

  • @Lareth90 Can you explain why you consider it to be fake? FYI that was actually the easiest of all the dent repairs in the video.

  • @chaffordred Keep doing! I left words to my mind.

  • Comment removed

  • @chaffordred alright so i have a car with a farily big rust hole through the trunk and around some of the seals i would just like your opion on if riberglassing the inside of the trunk then applying bondo to the out side would turn out good

  • Comment removed

  • @Lareth90

  • Comment removed

  • @Lareth90 its not fake its a simple push dent

  • Oczywiście, a po wypchnięciu rysy z tego TT same się usunęły... bujda.

  • Do you always clean tires? seems nice but on most of the photos the 'after' photo is either lower quality or blurred and the car's body seems to be cleaned including tires and bumper. I rarely touch dents but I don't remember the need to clean areas other than surrounding of the dent.

btw, buy polarizing filter to reduce reflections, it works like magic on the cars. Photographs looks so much better.

  • @yaroujidai000 Clean tyres? Have you ever thought the tyres maybe clean due to the fact some of these cars are being prepped for sale on a dealership forecourt?

BTW I'm a dent tech, not a photographer. I can see one example (green Peugeot 307 tailgate) of where the after photo is lower quality. Can you point me to any others in the video?

  • @yaroujidai000 people with an inability to do great go 1 in 2 ways appreciate the skill level and art like form it takes to this or they pick at little things to make themself feel better about not having the talent or know how to achieve the object of their envy you should just take it for what it is a professional panel job which he conveyed and not his photography ability why don't people just be happy for one another if you can do better post it its not paintless dent and photography skills

  • @yaroujidai000 bla, bla, bla... And cats have five legs... finaly you resolved the dilema. Why so many incredulous?

  • on a high tensile steel... will this work?

  • @09204418448 High tensile/Boron impregnated steels are tough but with a bit of heat and bit more force and time the dents can be removed. I find the dents more difficult to remove on vehicles with very thin panels as the damage is usually stretched and it's always hard to lose that excess steel.

  • @chaffordred thank you. thanks for the info and advice

  • I can take large ass dents out with suction cups from Harbor Freight Tools.

    Creases are a bitch.

  • @UnderMediKated Then what do you do about the crown that will surround all dents?

  • music from the scene in ferris bueler's day off when they are in the chicago museum of art

  • I need to learn how to do this... its amazing!!!

  • the dent on the second blue TT..

    freakin' good job

  • @Mical1 Thanks. It wasn't as hard as what it looks. Front wings are my favourite area to repair as the access is nice and open and you have plenty of leverage off the tyre.I did that dent for an Audi dealer. The valetors decided to do that one a couple of hours before it was being handed over to it's new owner!

  • @chaffordred Awesome work man sorry to reply like that to that dude on your comments I just hate it when people can't do things so they have to attack unimportant things like lighting clean or dirty tires which by the way have nothing to do with removing the dent just to make themselves feel cool or strong about their weaknesses

  • @chaffordred that audi 4 ya!

  • Comment removed

  • lol right so who are you mate !!!

  • I have used this type of service and it is real pals, sorry.

i had a few small dents and one very large one. To be fair the large one is about 95%, Still better than a big bill.

  • hey i'm selling my PD Rsecrets, Paintless Dent Repair Mentor DVD You see what I see set cheep.

if you want it just email me. maybe it can help one of you I don't need them any more.

  • Any of you that doubt that this video is fabricated can eat thier words because I was the guy that called the maker of this video in to do the VW boot lid which I neglected to spot when I saw it off a transporter about 4 years ago and yes it was a VW franchised dealer.

Now I've moved to Audi and he does all my dent repair work there too.

Sorry to everyone of you that doubts that his work is geniune but I've seen him reshape wing profiles that should have been thrown away.

  • 95% are not real. i wouldn't hold my breath for some photoshop work on those pics.

  • very niiice. ther is alot of hacks out there. some of those dents are not easy

  • 29 to 47 is fake its a volkswagen at a volkswagen dealership and i'm pretty sure they wouldn't sell a dented car

  • Thats why they hire some one to fix them if the vehicles get damaged. You said it your self they wouldnt sell a dented vehicle. So yeah they get it fixed, so they can sell it.

  • It's possible that one off their cars has been dented... could have been in a test drive etc.

What's to say the dealer didn't use this person's services?

  • Every car in this video was repaired at a dealership. The only exceptions were the BMW 5 (trader), the VW Passat (car rental co.). The first blue TT and end Yaris were retail jobs. 90% of the work comes from main dealerships.

  • liarssssssssss

  • Well, that's what it's supposed to look like. How about how you did it? step by step, otherwise it's just a typical photoshop piece. Any 10th grader can create that on their computer. Show the process there bub.

  • people do it all the time. Anyway, the metal is pressed with immense force in the factory. The metal by nature is goin to want to return to its original shape with a little force behind it. Alot of the time you can pop the dent out by hand and it will be "close" then you oil up your hands and massage the edges or creases back into shape.

  • nice music

  • fake

  • how do you do that!! teach me :]

  • Wow you're very skilled!

  • im going to watch ferris bueler now lol

  • @champunito2, First thing I thought of too!

  • .xoqʎʇʇıʇ 'uoıʇɔɐ uı sıɥʇ ǝǝs ǝɯ ʇǝ1

  • holaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Where are you based,I will send you a link to my site and show you a few of my pics

  • Hats off to you mate,I have my own business doing pdr in the uk.Although i think im 1 of the best about some of your pics,Like the 1 on the tt front wing i think i would even struggle.Respect mate!!!

  • bull

  • Гдеж это такие нежные вмятины то делают?)) Такое ощущение что сначала сфоткали целую часть а потом кулаком уебали и сфоткали типо было так.

  • For the non believers pdr is legit. More legit than you can imagine. Through the years, pdr has surpassed many heights and way beyond what many people thought was impossible. I find most doubters in life fail a lot in general. By the way nice work Chaffordred.

    -Regards - Myke Toledo

  • I'm pretty sure that they are pdr. Some of them I can still see waves in the texture. But the repairs are awesome don't get me wrong. I give them 5 stars! I'm just saying that as a tech I can tell that this is legit.

  • yeah me too, this is not paintless repair

  • ive been a painter for 30 years and some of the examples shown are, shall we say,a bit suspicious.i dont believe these examples are 100% genuine.these types of repair cannot be achieved.where does the stretched metal go to does dissapear,no i dont think so,magic repair,i think not!

  • The stretched metal is blended into the rest of the panel around the dent. Traditionally this was done using a shrinking hammer and/or heat.

  • @chaffordred With PDR technique we use a body hammer and a tapper. No need for the old school shrinking hammer and or heat

  • great, what did you use?

  • stupid! fool yourself!

  • Chaffordred, superb! Some of the best i've seen. Are you ex-DM?

    Ben the Dent.

  • That one with the TT dent in the wing, well that would leave a big crease!! I was told that from a guy from DentMaster!!!!

  • Dentmaster was sold in 2000. The company no longer exists, I was there!.Everyones always got 'someone they know' in the motor trade who's an expert and ready to slag of anyone who's good at what they do.

  • lol it looks so good its more like after and before :D

  • dude.i dont think you guys can use a dent remover to make the dent like new.come on.common sense i can say before then after and take a picture of an old dent car then take a new car picture as identical and say its an original car to restored, what a joke........

  • common sense?

you know that "common sense" is a euphemism for "a collection of prejudices created by societies"

does a lion have common sense? no. and they survive just fine without it.

  • Nice work chaffordred,

Check out my video to see how we do it

    in atlanta

    "fixing dents with popcorn"

    :) Hayes

  • lol, music reminded my of ferris bweller day of when hes in the museum

  • haha I was going to say exactly that

  • LMAO first thing that popped into my head when I saw this.

  • Wow... by the looks of it... you do phenomenal work. Some of those were stuff I would never even think of trying. Nicely done.

  • Jeez You guys are jerks! vvvvvv

I think it is amazing how you can pull out the dents and fix the damage with just metal rods i had a guy come out to my house and use this method on my truck... and its not easy its like an art :).... Keep up the great work loved the video very impressed :-)

    -Austin

  • if the metal is creased or stretched you cant do it

  • If the metal is creased or stretched, it can be done by blending the excess steel through the rest of the panel

  • which causes ballooning and ripples

  • ha ha i can make this video too, go to a mall parking lot, take a pic of the nice new car, then kick the nice new car and take a pic, then reverse the order and say look i fixed it!

  • Good idea! Just the 5 figure repair bill to take care of now.

  • haha....... show us pics that show how rippled the finish is

  • lol why did you made thoes dents? half of them really looks like you kicked in with leg...thoes dents don't even have a scratch on em...

  • I spent several months researching and even practiced removing a few dents.. this is not fake it is an art..its takes months of pratice to get halfway good at it..and years to be a master at it... great work!

  • wait until you losers get hit by hail and get big dents like that, you wish you didnt say shit like that about PDR, im a PDR tech and yes, those are all repairable. with the right tech, a dent bigger than a basketball is nothing. people with absolutly no knowledge on how to remove a dent should really not make comments like, oh its fake, oh thats impossible..blah blah blah. remember its just metal, if the paint is not cracked, its repairable. idiots

  • in hail damaged vehicles, haha you guys charge a fortune. pay the same price and get a free paint job, without all the ripples

  • 1. By "fortune" do you mean approximately 50% of bodyshop price?

    2. "pay the same price and get a free paint job". This sentence alone says a lot for your quality of work. If you are prepared to repaint a car at the same cost as a dentman, then your work must be very substandard.

    3. "without all the ripples" - My suggestion would be to change your dentman to someone more reputable. If you continue to use someone who leaves ripples then this again says a lot for your quality of work.

  • You obviously have no clue what you're talking about. I just did a Hail car and charged $2,000 less than what a bodyshop wanted to charge.

Add that to the fact that you keep your original paint, which maintains the vehicles value.

Like Chaffordred said, if your dent guy is leaving "ripples"...it's time to find a new dent guy because that guy is doing a terrible job.

  • Comment removed

  • OMG.. any one who belives this fake vid is either really stupid or works for these companies, yes it is possible to repair dents without paint removal but not these dents & with these glue suction tools. As a crash repair owner i would pay $1000000,00 for a product that could do what it claims to do in this vid.

    ma..hahaha what a joke

  • I believe this is real, and i am far from ignorant. i have seen it done..Yes big dents like these... Its takes a lot of experience to be able to do large dents with creases... And yes not many PDR guys can do this kind work...Also i do not do this so i have nothing to gain...

  • Great work !

It must be soo frustrating to read the "fake" and "bull****" type comments. Being in PDR myself I know these dents CAN be done, above my skills ATM, but possible with skill and experience. 10/10 :)

  • I can repair most dents with the power of my mind alone.

  • good one

  • Buahahahh! nice FAKE! :D ROTFL.. After/before? what a difference? ;] show a vafterdeo when this miracle working .. ALL time wideo!

  • Well done Chaffordred, that is impressive PDR work, you are great on creases and swages, most people have no clue what skill it takes, Again Im Impressed.

  • Hi, give some info where about you are located and how much do you charge for the service please. Some email and tel number should be helpful too. Thanks

  • Im not "jealous" of you, because you can push a dent out, i dont do body work to make my money, i use it as a tool to make money, i run a small car dealership, so dents arnt the only issue that are to be dealt with

  • It's just cars - nobody here knows either it is your costumers cars or not.

Why are you uploading this? For attention? Just for fun and giggles? In either way there's no reason for any of us to believe this would be authentic as it's just photos - and what feedback did you expect?

If you're uploading this to gain attention to your business there's more materials required than MovieMaker with basic color schemes and a slideshow.

  • I've seen this type of repair work performed in front of me. It's impressive just how perfect a repair can be achieved in some cases, with just an hour of gentle massaging and taps in the right places with the right tools.

OP, you should post a short vid with some time-lapse shots of you working out a dent in progress.

  • Bleh. For all I care this slideshow doesn't mean anything. I could do a slideshow like this too - just take a picture of a car, punch a dent in it, and reverse the process in MovieMaker and you're messiah.

  • Now that would really make sense, wouldn't it?

  • It's the Internet. You can trick any dumbass to believe anything in the hunt for views.

  • Now have you noticed that i did say it was all very good work? however i think you want everyone to tell you that its all perfect, why would you ask someone what they think is wrong when your just going to turn around and say that their wrong about what they think? Those are honest observations made by someone thats been dealing with body work and paint for a long time now, maybe the angles dont do it complete justice? who knows? And i did say it was good work didnt i?

  • The Audi after the goft, the curves arnt perfect, the green toyota very good not perfect but understandable in that situation, Jetta is good, blue car is good, Audi the edge has been smoothened out, its not as sharp, next car good, blue focus good silver toyota good, Everyone car here has been repair well enough to where any customer or myself would accept it,

  • i bet women were driving all those

  • On the first car, metal still pinched on seam and the gap is still not even, Second the main pinch on top is stll noticable can tell from the reflection, the peugeot looks good, te VW looks good, Silver car is actually wavy, guess it was too complex of a repair, after all the kinda repair requires a artist more than a tech, next silver cars curve isnt round, next car cant see any trouble, BMW is good, the audi is good but the fender curve isnt perfect, next silver car looks good, Golf good

  • ok how do you do it ?

  • fucking fake

  • That's original!

  • ferris bueller flashback

  • You can still see the damage on most of the repairs, you can see where the metal was pinched and you can tell mostly on the edges, ive been doing body repair and paint for years, but i dont make my money from it, i make it from the cars i sell, so even though this process cant do it all its sure cool because it takes obvious damage and turns it into something that most people will never notice

  • I would be pretty courious about your technic..:)

  • wats this song

  • Being a Dent Man here in the UK I gotta say these are some pretty impressive repairs if they are genuine...what do you know that I don't? And how do I find it out????

  • Some of this stuff is pretty incredible. i've done P.D.R. for 15 years, the last 5 I've been fixing hail damage here in the Dallas area. i use glue pulling in a lot of spots but mostly rods. Some of these body lines in these pics would require some color sanding to get rid of the push spots. I'd have to see them in person but they look great!

  • thats nice a bunch of useless pics , i feel like i can do it mself now lol

  • Right chaffored time to call your bluff, c'mon man, everyone wants to see just a small demonstration, one little dent removal with your kit is all we ask then we can put this sucker to bed.
