use a big drum with a bucket in it. Let your sluice empty into the little bucket. water overflows into the bigt drum and can be used again. when bucket gets full you empty it. Recirculation.

I actually wasn't happy with this design after I had run it for a few hours, but I never know these things until it's built. This spray system tends to loose a lot of water and if it's cold out, then getting wet is a big drawback. The classifier screen really needs to be at least twice as long simply because the gravels aren't seperating in that short of a distance, not to mention that they are stalling on the classifier which means that I'm picking rock off of it after every shovel. I'll fixit
Looks like your running the tailings right into the creek, thats a no no in BC.

I wouldn't say "the tailings are running right into the creek" it's more like 25-30 feet of river bank . . . . and then straight into the creek :-P
