well for one thing it won't be a co-op game, at all. And i think it's called project v16, one of the people that helped make fallout 3 started on this. just go on the wiki for fallout it has almost all the info u need on every fallout detail

1. There is no official release date yet 2. Obsidian is not working on project V13 ,Interplay studios is.

There will not be any multiplayer experience not even co-op in this game due to the VATS.

@1rishl3gend i think obsidian made fallout 1 and 2 i forget but if they did the story lines will be very matched up in the way of the lone wander from fallout 1 and how he had to leave the vault at the end. i dont think it will be like that directly but i think there will be little traces here and there
