I was playing free-mode once, there was a bright red blown up looking police cruiser, you could enter it. I was going to capture footage but i got killed by a twat with a sticky bomb

I was cruising around Broker, Dukes & Algonquin and then some guy came up behind us in a Sultan so wee booted it and he was just chasing us ALL the way across the map then we had to start sticky bombing him which I dont like killing people in good cars because its not funny, neither is it funny fucking with my Hexer!

i dont think you can. If you tried it and it doesnt work, it probz is only available on the original GTA.
