Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
@sa12mm34y56 Hi, to answer your question, you should use lighter resistance(55-65% of 1RM) and higher reps(15+) for lean muscles without the bulk. Short rest (less than 1 minute) should also be in order.
Great of video! Just a word of professional advice. Whenever you extend your leg{s}, you should pull up in the quads as opposing to locking the knees. It is very bad on the knees to lock them out. Be careful. It's a lifestyle and You wanna be rockin' it fifty years from now.

You can use soup cans. Or even a plastic detergent container, filled with anything. Water, sand, anything. Best of luck to you!
