I am being treated for Complex PTSD and have panic and flash back, Chronic pain and fibromyalgia. My doctor wants me to take Inderal (Propranolol Oral) to decrease my body form overworking my adrenal glands. Isn't there a natural plant for this. I am tying to get off valuim and ambien. Insomnia is insane. So any natural thoughts for sleep,.....yes tried Valerian, rescue remedies, 5htp, tryptophan etc. So biggie her sleep and adrenals any thought would be so apprecialted

@TheRose MDMA, as Jan says, is the main drug used for PTSD which is still illegal. If your going to try it I would suggest steering clear of "Ecstasy" which is always a pill and may or may not contain MDMA, while usually also being laced with some other cheaper drug such as meth. MDMA is a brown to yellowish powder of crushed crystals.

Nobody dies of overdose, most deaths occur from people forcing themselves to drink too much water, one or two bottles is enough to stay hydrated.

Synesthesia is the term foe senses crossing such as seeing sound and hearing color. This will most likely be a common ability once telepathy becomes the norm sense all color and sounds are tonally aliened. Even tasting color makes sense when sense though the "All is One" point of view.
