Tomb Raider: Underworld- Swan Dive locations

Everyone, yes you gotta do it in order if you want to get the Master Swan Diver achievement. I've already tried going back to do the second dive off the ship after doing the 1st (kraken place) and 3rd (thailand) dives and it didn't work. But you'll get Swan Diver 1 and 2 even if you don't do it in order.

lol, at the first jump i didn´t even have to be at the top, i was at the bottom of the stairs just by the water, where the lever is for opening the door out, i was trying to figure out the timing for pressing x and o to do the swandive and got the throphy there xD

I did the first two but when I got to Thailand, I had a problem with it. I probably jump off 10 times and did the swan dive 5 of those , but it never showed that I did it. So then I moved on and tried it again when I got out of the cave but it went to the cutscene so then I just started a new game did the first 2 again and on my first try it worked

wrong, you do need to clear these in order on the 360 to earn these achievements in order. if you get your first swan dive achievement in Thailand, you're screwed because you will actually need to start a new game and playthrough again, earning the first achievement above the Kraken (this will not unlock because you already have the first swan dive achievement), you will need to get to Amanda's ship to finally unlock the second, and then back to Thailand AGAIN for the third.

I've never understood why anyone would buy a multi-platform AAA+ title....on the Wii. You might as well go back and play old PS2 or Game Cube titles (not XBOX, as that obsolete platform is still more powerful than grandpa's Wii), if you just want regular games.

I try to do the first one.. already killed the Craken, but when I go up there, to jump.. I press the jump button, but doesnt do the dive thing.. just me falling o_O.. am i doin the timing wrong?

No, you don't just jump. If you're going to do a swan dive, (and only if you're playing the PS3) you have to press X (jump) and O (roll) right after you press X. This performs a swan dive. If you're playing another system, someone here on YouTube is bound to help you out. (:

the trophy/achivement says off the ship. Find a place where you are touching the ship not a freazer...if that is the one you are talking about the other ones are simple.

Whilst doing treasure hunt I got the first dive that was above the Kraken but because it was only on treasure hunt I couldn't get to the boat so I went to Thailand to do that one and got it.

Then I decided to start a new game to get the one off the boat but it won't unlock, am I screwed now?

i jumped ok my boat to get my 1st swan dive then the 2nd and 3rd i got at the thiland location jump from it twice to get the 2nd then 3rd and to swan dive its ..A THEN....B

if you're playing on 360, jump and then immediately press b afterwards, if you're on PS3, jump and press circle. If you're on PC, i have no idea what the controls are on that lol sorry.

read what this guy who made the vid said AND read the achievement ..... it says ...in one adventure, swan dive off the three highest points over water in the game. so obviously if you aint doing this you wont get it. same as the speed demon achievements too i guess. anyway nice info mate.

So what it's saying is, you can't do just one in each level, except for the first achievement.

For the Swan Diver II achievement, you need to dive off TWO points in the SAME level, right? And so on for Master Swan Diver?

I done this last night. I done the first one about a week ago by loading an old save. After the first swan dive i revisited the next location but that did not work. So what i done was reload an previous of the first level and redone swan dive I to re register it (no achievement will pop up) then finished the level as normal by going back to my boat, the next level will be the ship level, do that achievement and finish the level then your on to the next level for the 3rd swan dive achievement.

I did Numbers I and III on treasure hunt. But number II can't be done on that can it. Thats why it wouldn't it wont register when i simply reload that level and do it i presume. So i need to start a new game and do each one im presuming. BTW for the first one it dosen't need to be done from that top room. I did it from the top level bit.
