Actually, no. I find it quieter inside the car with the windows up than with a rear exit. Theres no droning inside the car. But with the windows down its fairly loud, but not too loud that it gets annoying. I just have trouble at fast food drive throughs.. i have to yell out my order! also.. when u power shift u shoot flames lol.

@dieselpro77 it can only be an upgraded one because the stocks are 2 or 2.5 in i believe and they only make 3 inch side exits
