I saw this video a while ago and tried it myself. Unfortunately, there were holes on the side after burning the excess paper. I don't use this technique much, but when I do, I just cut off the extra paper with scissors so I dont ruin any more. Does anyone know how to solve/prevent this problem other than adding gum strips or rolling a new one?

@Codeman73H1337 No, :( you will have to roll it again or deal with the holes in your joint, if you add strips it'll just burn unevenly and taste bad for excess paper :(
