Nice. Had my very own experience just like this.

about 3-4 weeks ago sitting on a dock with 6 friends.

Amazing how long these kind of sightings last!

We watched it or 'them' for about 20min.

The light in the middle would get so bright, then get so dim.

There were also others like it but it seemed as though one was in control.

Get yourself a darn tripod. Tripods are always needed for any long distance telephoto work and I am sure you already know that.

Huh? I can point my camcorder into the woods at a camfire and get similar blurry light blobs. I can also go outside here and point my cam at streetlights and get similar effects. Pointing your camera 13 miles away onto a mountain, and what do you figure these light blobs were? Ethereal beings or a couple of guys with flashlights walking through the woods?

My own brother had a "black out" or "loss of time" once in his life and on two other occasions saw something strange in the sky. After analyzing all three of those situations, the consensus was that he suffered from temporary delusional states. That's my own brother, and I'd normally believe most everything that he says, but all three were easily explained away with logic and newer understanding of the workings of the human mind.

I am working on a philosophical book about TRUTH. I'm not interested in silly claims by those that continue to BELIEVE. I subscribed to the ECETI mailing list for over two years and have yet to see ANYTHING that indicates there is anything REAL GOING ON, other than the person running that scam is making money off of it. That's my take on it.
