Hm...personally, I wish the game was a little more lenient with Harvesters. I mean-yes It's a horrible thing to do-but still! I'd say saving one little sister is good enough to make up for killing one of them. I wish the game gave players a chance to "redeem themselves" if they wanted to.

@bloodartistry I didn't harvert any of the Little Sisters, even with my second playthrough which was primarily for earning achievements I missed out on the first playthrough. This game's one of the best games of all time!
I have one question... But if Atlas wanted you to harvest the little sisters, don't you think he'd say would you kindly?? I mean, he obviously wants you to harvest them, he should just say "Would you kindly harvest the little sisters?"
I saved three and killed one now I just want to get the call big daddy plasmid hit myself with the ball and wait for him to kill me because I killed one and I get sad to see them cry over mr bubbles little sisters so cute

That shouldn't be too hard, actually. If you can make a guy kill his own puppy and think he's 20 years old, then you can create someone who's more ethical. Morality is simply a combination of learned and natural behavior causing one to do good.
But what does it mean to do "good," though, and by what standard do we discern one from the other? And how do we resolve disagreements or enforce one viewpoint over another?

There are 21 little sisters:
If you harvest them all you get 4200 ADAM and bad ending
If you save them all you get 1680+1400(after 3 save 1 gift gives 200 ADAM)= 3080
much amo some tonics/plasmids/other useful thing from the gift and good ending.
I think it totally worth it so i always save them all.
