The kid stood their like a pussy. Meyers did clear him.  If you have seen the still photos from the game the only part of Meyer's body touching the kid is his lower leg. If that was called a charge everyone in the gym including the fans from Teresa would have booed the refs. Don't bring all thsi basketball rule book junk in here, as every play is different. There's no argument that it's pretty spectacular to pick up his dribble at the elbow and dunk it.

I just think it's funny that it's an obvious charge call that was completely missed (read: blown by the officials).

How is it a "obvious" charge? The only thing that made contact with #40 was Meyers's leg.

Freeze frame at the 0:03 mark. The defender is allowed his position - including vertical space. Meyer didn't clear him - he collided with him. By definition it's charging (or a "player control" foul).

The offensive player must have his head and shoulders beyond the body of the defender before it's a blocking foul. Since Meyer is upright, it's a charge.
