  • No the new townhomes were fine. The flooding came due to the retention basin braking from the new town homes that were built.

  • omg! I recently went on vacation to hackettstown, nj 2 visit some family. he lives in this community. I cant believe the distruction that happened to this road! I hope everyone is safe & ok!
