@avikbelllic911 well in the most busiest place, i still never seen it go unplayable. the 448 version will ensure u get perfect fps. gta4 for me was very high with everything on max including draw distance etc, maybe nightshadow was lower than normal shadow. overall you shouldnt see it go lower than 30

This might be stupid but I wonder if the GTX 560ti 448 core could be unlocked at a GTX 570; similar to last generation where a lot of the GTX 465 were just GTX 470 that had some of its core and memory locked.

Because both the GTX 570 and the GTX 560ti 448 core uses the same GF110 gpu while the standard 560ti uses the GF114 =/

Just a thought I guess.

If you want reliable test results you need to find a game sequence that is the same every run. Manually playing will never produce accurate results since the benchmark will be slightly altered every time.

Do you know why Linus use MW3 as a benchmark?Because the GTX 560 Ti is a medium range GPU, and the GTX 560 Ti is focused on mid end gamers. How fucking thick are all you nobheads giving Linus greif for using MW3, yeah sure its not that heavy on graphics but its a "BENCHMARK", which means if you use the same section for both cards being marked, then you will get results, and see which one performs faster! Its as simple as that, And since the 570 is about 20% more in cost terms, I would expect a 5-10% performance gap, nuff said!

@SchwarzRitter560 I have been testing out the drivers for the past few days and the one that seems to be working is the regular 285.62 driver for the 560 ti I wanted to test out the beta 290.53 but it was giving me issues and I also tried the 570 but it was not supported so just the regular 560 ti 285.62 driver

both cards have the same memory/membus but gtx570 has 32 more cores both cost>300$ to run bf3 under 50 fps maxed while for the same money 2 6870s out perform both humm...then nvidia re-issues the graphics card gtx560ti-448. That was the gtx560ti-384 which i have that costed 270$ and still is 250$. Then they made a gtx560(336 so 48 less cores) to compete with the hd6870s price market. nvidia just wants your money this is a gtx570-32 cores for -30$ 2 cfx 6870s get the same speeds as sli 560ti(336)

Ok, so the PCB is based on the 570, but the spec's are the same. Same amount of cores(448)

ROP's(40) Texture Units(56) Polymorph Engines(14) and memory bus 320 bit. But ok they are not totally the same 8) An example of this with PCB "loan" :) is the Evga GTX570 Classified. (GTX580 PCB)

@happa54 Nope it is not. Its based of the GF110-Chip, which is the same chip used on the 570, but with quite lower specs and underclocked!

Also you are not able to overclock it to the same settings/performance as a 570 with the same power consumption and ofcourse the heat, cause this baby gets hotter on overclocked settings, than a standard 570.

Nope it is because it is a GTX 560 with 448 shader cores :) It is not fast enough to reach near the 570 and it is close to middle of 560 ti and 570. But below, so they named it 560.

It is also called a limited edition 560 Ti, so this is mainly the reason.

But I really think this card is somehow bullshit.

Better buy a 570 for 30$ more, or get a 560 Ti for 80$ less :D

They updated nothing (visually) other than the realtime sunshadows and character models. And in Oblivion a 5850 would get ~120fps. In fallout 3/NV ~120fps. Skyrim ~40.
