Slow it down until you can play it consistently and for a longer period of time. The tendency is to play fast and faster, just make yourself slow it slower. After a few months maybe and maybe more it will begin to appear. Also try using heel down. Work at it and stretch your muscles out. It'l come

Try using the natural bounce of the snare more. It looks like your using your wrist alot. Looks painfull. I play with a snare skin tightened so much its ready to snap, makes blasting less painfull
