okay.. gymnastics is basicaly part of bboying. it's a good foundation for power. a good gymnast could easily become a powerhead or something but that's not at all a bboy, you gotta be able to dance as well.. musicality, flow, style... etc. the audience likes power, so this is a good video for an audience who has no idea what breaking is. When i do shows i always do power, but when i do battles i barely do any power unless it's got it's own flava.. which most of this stuff does.
