  • watching you guys do the puzzles made my brain hurt.

  • pluses r bad u idiots

  • My impression of the puzzle is that it's just a little logic game, the more you divide the electrical current, the less of it there is. It's not very precise and it does mostly involve trial and error. These guys are kinda funbling around with it though, just wish they'd stop complaining...

  • Glad I'm not the only one who struggled horribly with these puzzles. I eventually got to the point where I sort of understood how they worked, but by that time I was just about done with the game and made my way through it with guessing.

  • omg, i cant believe you guys couldnt solve this ridiculously easy puzzle

  • Don't worry guys, I find this frighteningly amusing. :D

  • I love your LPs (both of you!) but watching you fail this pretty easy puzzle is the epitome of frustration ;-)

  • What I thought was odd was how you had figured out one puzzle, but then decided to steal fuses for it in order to work out the next two.. heh, from my own experience it's best to only do that (sometimes in a game you can solve a puzzle incorrectly so to say) if you're going to steal every fuse and start over at another fuse box puzzle with every piece you could need. Oh well, you obviously conquered this lousy game one way or the other, so win! It's fun to watch, heh!

  • This is such an educational program.

  • I love myst.

  • From the creators of Sesame Street and Barney The Dinosaur, LOST: VIA DOMUS!!

  • RAWR!

    Bends = -5

    T-intersection = -15

    Plus = -30

  • I know, I'm getting angry at them too.

The sign is in the top left corner! If they looked, it wouldn't be just guess and check, and I could keep my facepalming to a minimum.

    Rawr, indeed, sir. Rawr, indeed.

  • I'd just like to ask, who the fuck gave this a thumbs down?

  • @GeneralRaptor888 I gave them thumbs down... they were too dumb with the puzzles. Seriously, too much talk and no thinking,

  • I would love this game, since I love puzzles. But I would probably panic and stop playing when they started shooting at you.

  • This is what every video game needs.

  • Fuck you, tetris

  • I really enjoyed that part of the video with the fuses.

With your power combined...you are CAPTAIN LOST

  • i think the fuses take away 5 energy thingy

  • Comment removed

  • Why would they put MATH in a video game? Isn't a game supposed to be, I don't know, FUN?

I would have given up after the first fuse-mini-game.

  • As a math geek, I'll just say I resent that, good sir.

  • (to Sollilquised)

As a person who's failing algebra, I must say that math sucks, kind person.

  • was bracken blood

  • you guys either suck at math or cannot grasp the concept of the fuse game

  • Hello, Sam.

I am an obnoxious youtube user.

I think I know better than you when it comes to these puzzles, despite the fact I have no prior experience with this game.

    [Insert false puzzle instructions here]

    Am I doing it right?

  • Yea... only one person seemed to have actually wrote out the correct instructions.. and even then, the numbers subtracted were wrong. Either way, it doesn't really matter since this whole playthrough is already pre-recorded.

  • Omg MATH.

    @_@

  • From what I saw off that help, it's all math?

    Making up: Input = 0, + fuse = 5, T fuse = 10 and angular fuse = 15

    Goal 1 needs 15 and uses socket # 1 and 2

    Goal 2 needs 20 and uses socket # 1 and 3

    Solution: socket 1 = +, 2 = T and 3 = angular fuse

  • I respect you guys for having the patience for this.

  • this is why tv shows shouldnt have video game spin off

  • It seems that those fuse puzzles work like this:

You get 100V input in left side of the screen and the each fuse subtracts that for amount showed in upper left (-5 for curve, -10 for T and -15 for plus) and then gives that voltage out. Those digital meters show the voltage the fuse is letting in the line.

The Goal is to give each analog meter correct amount of voltage so the needle is in green area.

  • Really?? Really??!?

  • Everything is pretty much right about what you said except that the T fuses subtract 15, and the plus fuses subract 30, not 10 and 15.

  • I'm getting flashbacks to other games when watching these "puzzles".

    Bullshit puzzles are bullshit :C

  • ....Wouldn't it just involve connecting all the lines without leaving an empty spaces?

    I'm probably wrong, but still.

  • you are wrong, sorry.

  • Is it kinda sad that, just by watching this, I know how to solve those fuse puzzles.......?

    I think I play way to many puzzles games -_-;

  • I play a lot of puzzle games, but the problem isn't really this puzzle. wait until later on.

  • Those puzzles are so annoying, I hate this game!

Would have been a lot less annoying if I had Vega besides me saying "This is fun, RIGHT?!"

  • hmm.... do you guys seriously not understand how the fuses work? ONce you do (Vega mentioned it, corners give more power than bars, bars give more than +) I figured it out rather early and was haveing a grand ol' time watching you guys bumble semi aimlessly....

Though it is still entertaining so your still doing great... hope for progress next time.

PS: The Hint isn't a puzzle hint.. it's a crappy ass tutorial.

  • just because you know how they work doesn't mean it's easy to figure out where they go.

  • true, but at one point you had a meter to high and you were trying to change the +'s to corners... instead of changeing an earlier corner to a bar. I'm no master of psychology... but it seems you always think the problem is in the end, when it could be in the start....

I should shut up. I'm probably loseing any credit with you I had.

  • yes. probably.

  • Playing the game and watching someone play the game puts you in a different mindframe.

If Samm and/or Vega were to watch this without having played the game I am sure they would have figured it out as well.

  • I can't even begin to explain to you how wrong you are about this.

  • please explain it to me lord of the puzzles

  • My god... This game is like "The Thing" on PS2.

  • I have the Xbox version, but i've never played it

  • Fuse Box Count: 3421

Really hated that game...but I think I hate Via Domus more, because I love Lost so much...

  • Fueses!

  • God, this puzzle is so confusing!

  • so....was this game worth buying? (besides the fact of all the fuse puzzles)

  • no.
