This type of lip device actually does miracles. I have a really similar product only I got it from The Lip Plumping Shop, and you notice results usually right after the first use but it doesn't last all day until you've used it for awhile (week or two).

I own one and yes it really does work. If you do it right and follow the directions it'll give you very nice lips.

i wana get one of these.. but i found a empty bottle that was the rite size for my lips 2 fit..created a suction an sucked and it plumpd my lips the same LOL

i wish that product had worked for me. the only that has worked was Freeze 24/7 in Clear. but man that stuff is expensive.
