  • What happens if you were ever to be struck in the nose? Would the filler shift? How much do you charge for this procedure?

  • The filler becomes part of the normal nasal tissues so nothing will move out of its place. The procedure costs arround $1000.

  • Considering that the injection eventually results in a solid material, can it be that over time the material will not decompose evenly and leaving solid residue so that this shows as an uneven surface of the nose? Also, will refilling a second and third time be as effective as the first time considering that the filler will eventually grip to the solid material which was already present; when the material from the first procedure decomposes, will the newly added layer be unstable?

  • Hi Dr. Simoni.

  • I am sorry I meant to say that is NOT true. Sorry for the typo.

  • okay thank you...

  • ROFL i feel you man ! big typo

  • lol YEAH...

  • We use FDA approved fillers. There is no evidence that fillers would cause long term effects or illnesses.

  • Do you know of anyone in the New England area who does this?

  • We are not aware.

  • Hello Dr. Simoni.

I would like your help to find me the best place in Atlanta, Georgia that does this nose job. Thank you so much.

  • hi doc. This is very interesting. Can i ask u three questions?

-What about a notch ( a cleft) in the alar rim. mine appeared after rhinoplasty. can this technique amend that?

-And how soon after surgical rhinoplasty can it be done

-What can this method do for a droopING or a twisted (crooked) nose.?

    THaNKS

  • Ye snon surgical nose job may address all the problems that you have mentioned. Non surgical rhinoplasty can be done one month after the surgical rhinoplasty

  • my nose has a bump at the top where it seems as if something is missing...and tthis procedure will really help...but how oold do youo hav to be for this procedure.....and cost?

    that's my nose problem..

  • Thank you for your help

  • Is it possible to do this without change to the tip of the nose?

  • yes

  • Is it possible to correct a small dip on the side of my nose, (which according to my ENT is caused by my deviated septum), where the cartilage and bone meets without change to the tip of my nose. I dont want non surgical rhinoplasty because i want permanent results. thank you!

  • That is one of the common issues corrected with rhinoplasty.

  • Hi this is Kumar,

I just want to narrow the width of my nose(nostril), i dont want to undergo the procedure of Rhinoplasty but something like non-surgecial. I want it to be permanent. What will be the cost involved? Thank you doctor I have e-mailed my photograph to you as well.

  • Non surgical rhino lasts about a year and costs around $1000

  • how many years will it last and how much would it cost..???

  • Non surgical rhino lasts about a year and costs around $1000

  • if your nose is not that beautiful and you want you're nose to have bridge and look more smaller is there a non surgical procedure??

  • You you can get a bridge with non surgical approach. Having a more defined bridge can make the nose look thinner,

  • Hey doc. My nose has been straight my whole life. Then about two years ago when a medium size bump started to appear in the middle/upper part of my nose. I am now twenty years old. What do you think?

  • It seems like a classic case. I beleive you can benefit from non surgical nose job

  • Dr. Simoni, I had a question regarding the non-surgical procedure. Sometimes when I yell loudly ( I am a high school coach), A line appears in the middle of my nose. I notice it on many elders, but I am fairly young. What is this line and can the non-surgical procedure take care of it?

  • In majority of cases it can be improved.

  • "Ethnic nose", "ethnic rhinoplasties", please, try to avoid those terms. Sounds like a horrible euphemism for "whatever that is non white" (which is the majority of the population of the world). Every person belongs to an ethnic group (even the European descendants caucasians). The term ethnic refers not only to physical characteristics, but also to cultural ones. Every nose is ethnic.

  • In modern medicine, rhinoplasty techniques were originally created to address average Caucasian nasal complaints. As the science of rhinoplasty advanced, new techniques to address non-Caucasian noses started to emerge. The word "ethnic" is not a cultural connotation rather a medical terminology. In medicine, surgeons use "ethnic rhinoplasty to refer to rhinoplasty techniques that is not similar to the original standard methods.

  • hi dr simoni is the narrowing of nostrils acommom procidure

  • It is fairly common for ethnic rhinoplasties

  • I mean non-surgical procedure.

  • Non surgical rhino costs around $1000

  • Oops...I mean higher bridge and more defined tip.

  • Primary rhinoplasty cost arround $7000-$8000

  • Dr. Simoni, is this procedure safe? Is it possible for permanent damage? if I have a little bump and I want to have higher bridge and smaller nostril, how much will it be? Thank you.

  • hi dr simoni i just wannet to know if u have heard of the nose huggies is thiz thing that u put in your nose and it claims it makes it smaller could that be true

  • Sorry, I am not aware of anything non surgical to make thenose smaller.

  • Comment removed

  • This is a temporary procedure and the reult will fade with time.

  • how long does this last for? and does the substance harden after a week?

  • Most probably saturday April 11. Call our office in couple of weeks to make sure.

  • Thank you very much. In Ny office I am only would be there one day in April. Beverly Hills office is the main office.

  • For the first 6 months for touch ups most people only pay for the material used. That is a fraction of the whole procedure (some thing arround $100-$250)

  • For out of state patients, we re-examin the nose in 5 days and will do any extra treatment if needed.

  • Touch up for the first month is usually at no charge,

  • what are your thoughts on artefill or the permanent version of the filler?

  • there is not a lot of data about artefil in the nose. Besides any permanent filler is irreversible and ruins the chance for any further surgical correction.

  • What if not all the product in the syringe is used? Are we charged for the entire needle and can it be stored for further use in the future (on the same patient)?

  • No. This is only cosmetic.

  • Would this help sinus/deviated septums as well?
