I wanted to get a surgical nose job before but so glad i found this out as i was a bit worried about the final results , pain, swelling etc. I like in the Uk..have never heard it been done in the Uk before.

I have a big nose and rather shows that when i smile. hate the side view of my face. small but noticable hump in the middle of my nose, especially when i smile. so i wondered if this procedure could sort these problems out?

Considering that the injection eventually results in a solid material, can it be that over time the material will not decompose evenly and leaving solid residue so that this shows as an uneven surface of the nose? Also, will refilling a second and third time be as effective as the first time considering that the filler will eventually grip to the solid material which was already present; when the material from the first procedure decomposes, will the newly added layer be unstable?
