@Hieagandaus The stage is only there for events. Also the hat will be removed for the 25th anniversary.

@Hieagandaus DCR has been using it a lot lately, but it is normally not there. The Hat was a millenium celebration, like the wand at Epcot. The main theme of Hollywood Studios is movies, hence the Chinese Theater, the focal point of the entrance. It has been the icon of the park since its open in 88, and It is blocked by the hat.

That was funny. The other stage by the star tours area was just to small. I like the idea of infront of the hat. Hope there was handicap accessable areas. last time I tried taking my mother in wheel chair they really didn't have much of an area for wheel chairs in the old area.

Lol man the power of Disney magic is just amazing this is one of the reason I love Disney it's cause they bring the characters to life. And omgoodness those eyes were beautiful I am not really a star wars fan so I don't know who she is but man she has pretty eyes.

@thejawa01 Since it's held on a stage in front of the hat, there's no dressing room or backstage area. So they rope off the area behind the stage. But guests can walk up to the rope and see what's happening behind the scenes.

@AttractionsMagazine At 0:42 they should just put up like little walls that can block from the stage to the steps and all the characters can wait under the hat.
