  • @SharonStone

Me too! I got tinnitus when I was at your age before

and I lived with it since then. Only 2months after

starting this solution offered by the site:

    StopTinnitusToday.info

and this is the only solution that made it better.

and after a month, it was completely gone. I

think you should try it also. It might help ur

    problem..:)

  • I'm 15, having it since I was 12.

It's just getting worse and worse...

I can't sleep at night, I'm constantly afraid and my life is just getting fucked up.

I haven't been listening to loud music.

  • The dangers of loud noise should be obvious to most people, but it's not. We live in a time and culture where loud music is encouraged. We often forget how loud things really are. I've played my music way too loud most of the time and I'm scared of losing my hearing, so I'm stopping and taking more responsibility. Please value your hearing.

  • DAMMMM ITTTTTTTTT I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS NOBODY TOLD ME!! UGHHHHHHHH I wake up this morning and I start to hear this buzzing sound and I thought o itll go in a sec and it didn't, 1 hr passed, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,its been 10 hrs and I can still hear it...Im pissed WHY DID NOONE SHOW ME THIS VIDEO. Its annoying Warn kidsssssssss.Im only 16 years old and I do not want to live with this gosH.

  • All doctors I’ve visited recommended me to live with my tinnitus. Where does tinnitus come from ? amalgam - antibiotics - coffee - alcohol - nicotine - drugs - stress - mobile phone - loud music - noise? First help I received after years of a doctor with the EarNoiseEliminator for treatment at home. I've bought it immediately. Result : less pain - less noise, better hearing and improved quality of life. I d’like to recommend you the EarNoiseEliminator

  • DONT WORRY GUYS!!! ULL GET USED TO IT . I KNOW IT SUCKS IN TEH BEGINING BUT ULL LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT AND ITLL JUST MAKE U A BETTER PERSON! I FEEL UR PAINL ITLL ALL BE OK!

  • ive had mild tinnitus for as long as i can remember, only bothers me when i'm sleeping in silence - but i always sleep with the fan on so doesn't bother me at all

  • Sum times u hear a high pitched sound when it's very quiet but then it goes away few seconds

  • @DarkYoda0025 WELL THIS IS DIFFERENT IT STAYS FOREVERRRR

  • @66EscapE oh ok

  • I hate tinnitus

  • o my god, i have tinnitus just when the video started, but went away really quick just after it ended :o

  • ive read that gingko biloba and lipo flavonoid help with this

  • Great video. If you got tinnitus at a rock or pop concert, please register at tinnitustracker (dot com) to help spread awareness in another way.

  • Ive had tinnitus for over one year now got it when i was 15 now i am 16, i feel like crying but whats the point it will make it worse. God i hope one day they find a cure and that my tinnitus ends forever

  • Mine's only minor but it gets worse if I hear doors being banged shut or if someone keeps talking at me too loudly. I've had it ever since I went to a gig where the music was so loud that for the most part all I could hear was a blur of treble, lots of hi-hat and the feeling that my ears were being pressured. Afterwards I had a really loud ringing which my friends said was normal because they always play too stupidly loud for the size of the venue. After a few days it quietened down but remained

  • FML, I hear it roaring at me right now..one of those bad days. I pray ATA finds a cure soon

  • does any1 have like im not sure if i have tinnitus but when im in silence.. like before i go to sleep i hear a screech then it gets louder and Louder AND LOUDER until its like louder than any rock concert or anything but it only happens when i cant hear anything else as in total silence? please let me know

  • Mine tends to get worse whem Im asleep. I wake up from it several times a night.. sleep about.. 4-5 hour max

  • lol, i have tinnitus. so after the ringing stopped in the video, i was like, OMG MY TINNITUS IS CURED because i couldn't hear my OWN ringing, and then i heard it again. damn. fellow sufferers of tinnitus: stay courageous my friends!

  • i am 30 years old and i have had tinnitus since i was 14 years old. i hate it so much.

  • i have had tinnitus for over a year now. It is a challenging condition to live with, to say the least. I hope a cure is not far away now.

  • iv just found out iv got tinnitus cause ov listening to my ipod to loud

  • anyone hear about a new doc about tinnitus called devil's symphony? read about it on discussion boards and i am going to buy it so my husband better understand what i'm going thru...

  • there is a cure but it only works for 5% of people....

I would tell you the names of the 4 drugs but.. the dam doctors writing sucks.I will give it a shot of what the writing says

    mtnitagint 6mg

    loeans 0.5mg

    duxaril

    tanakan 40mg

  • how do you know that these drugs cure tinnitus; did you have tinnitus for long?

  • Do you think many rappers have tinnitus? There is so much bragging in hip hop does anyone actually talk about the dangers of loud noise

  • Avoid ANYTHING that contain "ibuprofen"

this being a pain killer, that indeed kills the pain, but often causes tinnitus as a side-effect! Best go with Paracetamol instead, far safer on your ears!

  • Thanks for the advice. I find coffee is not the best thing. Classical music at a steady volume has been really helpful.

  • Rock is bad for my ears! Anyone remember some of those albums in the 70's? The album covers often said, "Made to be played loud." Remember that? Should we blame some of this on Les Paul? I mean, it's not like it's really his fault. But he is the one who made the guitar sound much better, MUCH LOUDER! Pachelbel's Canon (classical version) is much better for my whole body, not to mention my ears!

  • I've had tinnitus for 2 years. At first, it was a really big pain in the ass. I got really despressed and suicidal. Im a bit more used to it now. I actually barely notice it, unless I go to a club (which I rarely do now because of it) then it's pretty loud for the next week or so. I've learned that certain food also helps, such as tuna and pineapple. Make sure and add them to your diet daily. It relieves it, believe me. Exercise also helps. Alcohol and smoking worsens it, so limit them at least!

  • i gained it while painting with epoxy paint been painting for a year now got it about within 7months mine was different worse it would flare up with no notice and after it died down i couldn't hear anything at all nothing but the noise dying seemed like it was almost coming from a million different angels like a 1.1mil surround sound ^_^... i took one month off mixed red wine an olive oil drowned my ear and went away now i am not saying you should all do this..Note:i am no doctor

  • i gained it as a side effect to paranasal sinuses infection

  • The blessed sound of silence... ah I think I forgot what the is like. I suffer too... or at least I have not become habituated to it yet. The medical people say I'll get used to it someday. Ah, 1.5 yrs is a heck of a long time to get used to it. I'm not... any advice people? Keep the faith...

  • i've had this for as long as i can remember :(

  • look after your "ten speed gears"; wear plugs.

  • Ive had it for over two years, ive learned to live with it, and it doesnt bother me anymore, but still, I dont know what silence sounds like anymore =[

  • i have tinnitus since i was 16 im 18 now!!! im so tired!!! how to cure it??? pls someone tell me!! pls!!!! what can i do??? this is serious prblm!!!

  • ohh god i've been suffering from that shit for four years. i am 19 now :(

  • lol i have tinnitus since i was 14 im 28 now some how i just deal with the shit + i got costum made ear plugs 4 clubs and loud bars good luck and don't panic people sorry my englich is not perfect !!!

  • Im now 18 years old and i know it will be like this all my life long, that i will never go to a concert, i will never go under the sea, i will never drink alcohol again, i can't swim with my head under the surface of the water, i can't play guitar with amplifiers, i cant go to parties... And when i see my boyfriend going to Iron maiden concert without earplugs and telling me "dont worry it cant happen to me"...0_o

    Protect yourself

  • i think you took it a little took far.. you cant drink thats crazy talk, and swiming get ear plugs, amps and concerts get ear plugs.. i play the drums i have tinnitus i use ear plugs its a simple solution.. listen to the video

  • it's torture. the reason why i have insomnia

  • the first days I got tinnitus it made me more sleepy :( took me a week to come back to my normal sleeping hour ( midnight ). I couldn't stay awake past 10 in the evening.

  • Hello!, if you wouldn't mind. Please copy the video code of this video (right of this page) and paste it in other forums, blogs or sites you think would see this PSA.

Awareness=funding for a cure, if this nightmare is not known, or if people don't know, we will never see a cure or a decrease of Tinnitus case, which unfortunately are on the rise..

    Please help us spread awareness!

    Thanks

  • @josecassella Can I get a hard copy of this PSA with your intro at the end, not the beginning?

  • ihave this problem also its a liveing hell!

  • I noticed symptoms get MUCH worse after spending many hours in front of a computer for several weeks working on a Photoshop project. I'm suspecting that it is because of the CPU processors squealing at a very high frequency and somehow causing a residual ringing in my ears.

  • I've got a very mild case I think. It's consistently there but it's not very loud or prominent but when I'm in a quiet place, I can hear a very quiet high pitched ringing constantly.

I can only imagine how bad it would be if I didn't use earplugs at all. As it is now I use them for practices and gigs but I've never taken them with me when going out.

  • If you arrive at this page and like the PSA, please copy and paste the video code in other sites, in other blogs and forums!

It is important that we create awareness about this tragic problem.

    Awareness= funding for a cure

  • Wear ear plugs, take valum, drink booze, and stay away from loud noises. Stay away from loud noises and always carry ear plugs with you. You can have have specially made ear plugs made for you, they fill your ears with a liguid and it becomes a mold, then the ear plugs perfectly fit your ears. Take Vitamin B 12, Vitamin A, Magnesium, Maganese, Choline & Inostiol, GInkgo Biloba, Lipo-Lavonoid, and Valerian to help you sleep at night along with valum, works for me.

  • PLEASE, HELP US GET THIS MESSAGE OUT THERE. Tinnitus is a new epidemic and it is getting worse.

Use the video code (above -right) and use it to paste this video in blogs, forums, everywhere.

Awareness can only mean more funding for a cure!

    Thanks.

  • I have bad tinnitus in my one ear but it comes and goes, but the weird thing is if i put pressure rite below my ear kinda on my side neck it goes away. but when i remove my finger it comes back.... does anyone else have this??? Is this still considered tinnitus?? someone help?

  • I have got tinnitus for about 3 months now. It's

quite small voice, but thats making me crazy! Is there anything i can do for it? Im scared. Don't really know how it came, i did not listened music very loud.

  • mine's been for four years. i also didn't listen to music so loud, i am tired of it, it takes all happeniss of my life :(

  • Lol.. I'm 16 and I have tinnitus, it does suck, but wth...I still live my life :)

  • lol

  • Tinnitus can be seriously debilitating - but I found a great educational website through OtoThera... check out their website, just add the dot calm after the name.

  • And what about it's so loud you just can't get used to it, i can't even cover it (well,i can but only with the shower and i actually take three to five showers a day. I cant't spend all my life under that shower ! ). i know people who are on benzodiazepines formore tha 15 years because of it.

  • mine's been for years now. i am tired of it it takes all happeniss of my life :(

  • Tinnitus for me was all pyscological..I spent a month of chronic fear and deppresion it would haunt me my whole life...If you have just gotten tinnitus..trust me you will get used to it

  • I've had tinnitus for a couple of years now and I really can't handle it. I can't sleep, can't think straight and it's seems like it's getting louder and the tone is going higher and higher. The thought of never experiencing absolute silence again makes me panic... .

  • I've had tinnitus for 4 yrs now. It's very hard to get used to but after a while you will. Don't let it ruin your life. I adjusted to it and I am a very high stressed person. If I have learned to adjust, you can. Just make sure you always have noise around you, music, TV, etc. Good Luck!

  • there is no cure for tinnitus other than letting your body habituate the sound. It will take time, but it will happen. Stilnox tablets will help you sleep until your body adjusts.

  • I was born with 'acute hearing', at 16 I saw Venom - I couldn't hear for 3 days afterwards. At all. My ears are still ringing - I'm 39 this month. Maybe I should post a video response?

  • tinnitus is no good, I have anxiety and it sure doesnt help, btw mine is def not that loud, i can hardly hear the ppl talking before Its as loud as mine, I probbly dont even have it

  • damn... I've had that sound at :27 in my left ear for 5 months so far.

  • I had about an hour of this because my ears were infected. Thank gosh it went away. I am never using headphones again!

  • Great editing!

  • I've had severe tinnitus for 14 years, ever since an explosion accident. This condition can ruin a persons life in ways that ppl don't understand until it happens to them, the more people who are aware of the dangers the better for all. No cure for it yet, just prevention...

Thx for posting this video. xx

  • This PSA is even better and louder! I think I have tinnitus just from watching it... lol but please protect your ears everyone! It is very valuable to not only u but the people u love!

  • Very smart, responsable advertizing.

I was a Jet mechanic and people in the navy and we

needed to wear hearing protection most of the time

and have our hearing tested constantly.

    Thanks for reminding me!

    P.S. Great video!

  • I had a spat of stress related Tennitus (buncha nonsence, parent booked holiday, holiday clashed with test that was IMPORTANT) and it went away pritty damn quickly after the fact.

  • You are so lucky, if you go to a insanely loud place WEAR protection. If you felt it once, it could come back and STAY, so be careful.

Ear plugs are sold for less than 3 bucks at CVS, Walgreens or any other pharmacy, get some!

    Thanks

  • great>>>>

  • That is right, 3 of them are actors and have Tinnitus. the rest are not actors, but they all share that awful high pitch ringing!

  • I agree. Protect yourself, this is hell as has personally wrecked my social life.

  • wow, you make it sound like AIDS.

  • People have committed suicide because of this thing....so give it a few more years and it will probably be at the same level.

A bit dramatic...but it's the only way to get a point accross these days.

  • The difference is that anyone can get tinnitus, despite the AIDS propaganda out there.

  • I'd rather have had my arm amputated than ended up with tinnitus. Imagine a loud buzzing noise in your head 24/7 365 days a year that never goes away, it is living hell.

  • i had it for 5 years now and still counting, it is a hell for me, i agree this statement:

I'd rather have had my arm amputated than ended up with tinnitus. Imagine a loud buzzing noise in your head 24/7 365 days a year that never goes away, it is living hell.

  • Excellent job Jose! i'm a person who read and never heard about tinnitus. Thanks!

  • I have tinnitus. It sucked really bad for the first week or so, but now I don't let it bother me at all. I hardly ever notice it unless I am thinking about it, or if it is really quiet.

  • You are lucky, very lucky, most kids getting this are on the verge of suicide!. Please wear protection from now on when in a loud show or club. If not, it will only get louder! And spread the word!

    Thanks.

  • Yes this one has louder Tinnitus sound. this should be on TV.
