i got a 4.8 nbs single cab. i already have a k&n intake, shorty pacesetter headers, custom exhaust with a flowmaster muffler. ive been wanting to do a cam swap, how big do you think i can go, seeing uve had urs done
@hernhi13 well on my truck being a 5.3 i have a stage 3 228r from texas speed, im more than positive that you can out the same cam in yours but i suggest to also change your internals, its pricey but worth it. and if you do the cam swap expect a big gas mileage drop i get about 10 miles a gallon
