You can't do anything. This only works if you're signed into an account that has admin privileges. It's even worse in Vista 'cause even if you're an admin, you have to run the CMD prompt as an admin.

You can access this with a limited account, just open notepad, type in 'net user' and save it as a "(anything here).bat" and you can access cmd.

I am sorry, but this is not a hack of any sort, your just changing your password with "cmd", plus your not an admit, you cannot change admit's password with "cmd"

Like I said, your just changing your own password, that is why its allowing you to change it, try changing admits account password with limited account.

Im quite aware of this and there is a thing u can do (just type this in run box: REG add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microso­ft\Windows\System /v DisableCMD /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f) and it will let you do it and dont lecture me if you cant even spell admin right...

If I type "REG add" in the box, it opens a box for less than one second, then it disappears before I can even look at it properly, leave alone enter text. I tried entering the address you typed after that, but then it says it can't find it. Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
