People say weed cures cancer, but the reality is that THC combats cancer (although it can also make it worse), and that smoking ANYTHING is bad for your lungs. If you're SMOKING it, that's still a bad thing. Smoking weed increases risk of heart attacks, panic attacks, and can even possibly lead to schizophrenia.

Also, (and this probably is the biggest reason why it's illegal) hemp is a super fibre. It can not only be used to make paper, but it has the capacity to be used as a bio fuel, make clothing, and can be turned into a dextrose drip. Drop A# is definitely not the lowest a guitar can go. Especially if the band is using 7 strings.
