  • I do this after Crossfit. Amazing stuff. pretty traumatic while youre doing it if you use tubs(whole body), but it really is helpful.

  • really good stuff some wrestlers and MMA guys go into a bath of ice and it really works helps allot if you do allot of sport with muscle pain flushes lactic acid out and makes you feel refreshed

  • Oh yeah, these actually do really stimulate you more than you would think. Highly recomended.
