No state or nation is obligated to follow it, and there are many who don't. Those who do follow it adopt the parts they want, and may alter it as they wish. The video is also incorrect when it states if you do business, you're under the UCC. The UCC does not apply to all business transactions. Everything he says about birth certificates is ridiculous and unsupportable.

This would exclude sales of services, property, or other aspects of commerce. The article is further limited for particular sections. For example, 2-201 only applies if the sales over $5,000. 2-205 will only apply to a sale if it is between merchants. The UCC clearly does not apply to ALL transactions of commerce.

That means even if you and I perform a transaction where the UCC would normally apply, we can simply agree in our contract that it will not apply and it will no longer be applicable to us. Do you need anymore proof, or is that sufficient?

The BC # is part of a much longer number called a CUSIP number that becomes the bond number traded on the public stock exchange. The Act of 1871 created the de facto corporate government, the ten square mile parcel of land known as Washington, D.C. The Constitution was ratified for the purpose of repayment of debt loaned to the colonists for the war.
