This guy knows people in the industry and just because he's the face of the label doesn't mean he's the only brain behind the braun. Okay, let's start with Keel, EZO (some of whom joined Loudness and got huge in Japan for a few years), Doro Pesch (post-Warlock), rebooting Cher in the '80s, ... oh, and a small band you may never have heard of called KISS, which from '91-'96 were unnoticed until he got smart and reformed the originals like we fans wanted. Made him a boatload of money, that did.

Keel is reunited, and touring; Loudness reunited with all original members (until last year when the drummer died of cancer); the guitarist from EZO is now a record company exec, and the singer is now the drummer for fIRESIGn; Doro just finished her 25th Anniversary Tour. Oh, and House of Lords, the other band Gene produced, are still together; Gregg Giuffria is out but he designed the music chip for slot machines. Every time a song plays, Gregg gets paid. Not bad, eh? :)
